1. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to ensure your food arrives fresh and on time:

– Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day.
– 2-Day Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within two business days.

2. Shipping Rates

All shipping is included in the pricing of our products.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

4. Order Processing Time

– Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) local time will be processed and shipped the same day.
– Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
– Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Packaging

To ensure your food products arrive fresh, we use insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice as needed. Our packaging is designed to keep your items at the appropriate temperature during transit.

6. Delivery Schedule

– Overnight Shipping: Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day.
– 2-Day Shipping: Orders will be delivered within two business days.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

8. Delivery Issues

Missed Delivery:
If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier may leave it at your doorstep or a secure location. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible to ensure the freshness of your food items.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain food items may be restricted based on state or local regulations. We will notify you at checkout if any restrictions apply to your order.

10. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate shipping information and ensure someone is available to receive the package. Thyme and Tequila is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or unavailability to receive the package.
